- 2 eggs
- 3 Tablespoons orange or cranberry juice
- 1 Cup Virgin Pecan Oil
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1 Cup rolled oats
- 2 Cups white whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 Cup chopped Royalty Pecans
- 2 Cups Cranberry Maple Pecan Granola
- 1/2 Tablespoon cinnamon
Beat eggs, juice, and oil. Add sugar and beat again. Add everything else and stir well.
Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
