Hours of Operation
Currently we ship Monday through Thursday. We ship frozen items (such as pies) throughout the week according to the destination (see Shipping Details below for additional information). During high demand periods, we work as quickly as possible to ship orders out. Please know we make everything in house, from scratch, and in small batches. Our kitchen staff are incredible, but they are human. Please bear with us while we make your delicious treats fresh in our farm kitchen.
We create all of our farm delicacies right here at our Caldwell, TX farm location. Our kitchen makes flavored pecans, pies, breads, butters, and pecan treats from scratch in small batches. Sometimes that means we run out before we can make more, but rest assured everything is as fresh as possible when it arrives on your doorstep. Large Gift Orders
We have a great selection of prepackaged gift items, and we would be happy to create custom gifts for you if possible. If you would prefer to have us take care of this for you, please email (Info@RoyaltyPecans.com) or call (979-272-3904), or stop by our farm store with your gift list. Please include your choice of products, personalized gift messages, shipping addresses, and any other order details. Our main shipping provider is UPS. For an delivery estimate time from our farm to you, check out the UPS Ground Time-in-Transit Map below, which illustrates the number of transit days for delivery via UPS ground services within the 50 states. We are currently not able to offer international shipping. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
Most orders, including Flat Rate Shipping, will travel via UPS Ground Service (see map below). Pecan Pies and Expedited Orders ship via UPS 2 Day Air Service.
We avoid shipping perishable items such as frozen goods (breads, pies, etc) on Fridays, or when we believe the package will be in transit over a weekend. This usually means we ship frozen items Monday through Thursday, depending on the final delivery destination. We do this to help prevent perishable items from sitting in a warehouse over the weekend, because UPS does not typically move packages Saturday and Sunday.
We ship in accordance with UPS's Holiday Shipping Schedule. If a shipping holiday occurs on a scheduled shipping day, we will ship your order out the following day. UPS Ground does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. UPS does not deliver on holidays.
If you need your package to be delivered by or on a specific date, contact us and we'll be happy to assist you. Please check our current operating hours for fastest and best assistance.
Returns & Refunds
We sell only the highest quality pecans from our orchard. If you are unsatisfied with your order, we will gladly exchange your order. Simply contact us and provide us with your order details and receipt. If there is shipping damage to the order, please be prepared to include pictures. If there are any problems with your order or with your experience at Royalty Pecan Farms®, please let us know.
If there is an issue with your order such as wrong products received or mis-delivery, please email us with your order details including the order number so we can assist. In the event of an incorrect shipping address, or accidental purchase of a wrong item, where we filled the order according the details provided at check out, we will offer a gift card for store credit in the amount of the item in question.
Refunds/exchanges are not given for discounted items in the gift shop. Back to top
