Pecans ship within a week of harvest. Not every pecan is harvested at the same time, and some pecan varieties are ready later in the winter than others. Once your pecans ship, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you know exactly when to expect your Texas fresh pecans!
HARVEST UPDATE:
Harvest is under way at the farm, and we have a list of the varieties we will carry for the rest of the 2024-2025 season. If you do not see your favorite variety below, it means the pecan quality wasn't up to our very high standards, and will not be available to order this season. This happens from time to time, and while we understand your disappointment, we encourage folks to try a different variety they would not otherwise have experienced.
We are currently shipping these varieties: Kanza, Cheyenne, Choctaw, GraCross, and GraTex. You can expect your order to ship within 1-2 days, with an average transit time of 3 business days.
You can trust that we will send the highest quality pecans we've picked out with our years of experience. We can't wait to deliver our always fresh pecans to you.
We grow ten different varieties in the orchard, but not every variety is available for sale in the retail store. Please select your preferred variety from the drop down menu. If we do not have the variety you are looking for, we do not anticipate carrying it in our retail store this season. If you have additional questions, please contact us.
We begin harvest in mid-September, and will harvest through the new year depending on weather and harvesting conditions. Some varieties come due later in the season, such as Desirables or GraCross. We will ship your preferred variety as soon as we are able to harvest it.
All pecan products are subject to delays due to weather and harvesting conditions.
