Large Gift OrdersThrough our online store, you can ship gifts to multiple recipients. We have a great selection of prepackaged gift items, but we would be happy to create custom gifts for you if possible. If you would prefer to have us take care of this for you, simply fax (979.272.3335), email (Info@RoyaltyPecans.com), or come to our gift shop with your gift list. Please include your choice of products, personalized gift messages, shipping addresses, and any other order details. We have several customers who give us their gift list each year and let us take care of the rest. Back to top
Shipping DetailsWe ship via UPS, but we can use other shipping methods at your request for an additional handling fee. For an estimate on delivery time from our farm to you, check out the UPS Ground Time-in-Transit Map below, which illustrates the number of transit days for delivery via UPS ground services within the 50 states and Puerto Rico. Returns & Refunds
We sell only the highest quality pecans from our orchard. If you are unsatisfied with your order, we will gladly exchange your order or accept returns for a refund*, minus the shipping cost. Simply contact us and provide us with your order details and receipt. If there are any problems with your order or with your experience at Royalty Pecan Farms®, please let us know. We care about our customers, and we strive to make sure you have a pleasant experience with us.
* Refunds are distributed as store credit only. Refund amount will be added to a Royalty Pecan Farms® gift card. Refunds are not given for discounted items in the gift shop. Back to top

Royalty Pecan Farms® respects the privacy of our customers. We will never sell, rent, or exchange customer information with others. Billing information you submit through our online store is sent through a secure session established with Secure Socket Layer (SSL), which is an industry standard encryption format. We do not store credit card information on our site. All sensitive information is encrypted and then destroyed after transaction processing has been completed. We do this to serve you effectively and efficiently without exposing you to risks concerning unauthorized access to order transaction information.
When you submit your contact information through our website, we collect that information so we may process your order efficiently. After your order is processed, we provide you with a confirmation of that order via email. The information we collect may also be used by us to contact you for marketing purposes. We may send our catalog and other promotional materials to the address you provide. We may also send email campaigns to customers who give us their email addresses. If you do not wish to receive email campaigns with special offers, coupons, or other important information about Royalty Pecan Farms®, you can easily remove yourself from our email list by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of our emails.
