Winning Recipe | Royalty Pecan Bake Show
This recipe was provided by Sandra Novosad. Her dish won 1st place in our “Cookies” division.
- 1 Cup flour
- 1 Teaspoon baking soda
- 1 Cup butter, softened
- ¾ Cup brown sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla
- 2 ½ Cups oatmeal
- ¼ Cup raisins
- ½ Cup chopped Royalty Pecans
Stir together flour and baking soda.
In a large mixing bowl, add brown sugar and stir in softened butter. Add egg and vanilla. Add flour mixture. Stir in oatmeal, raisins, and pecans.
Spoon onto cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes.
