Winning Recipe • Royalty Pecan Bake Show
This recipe was provided by Morgan Novosad. Her dish won 1st place in our “Youth” division.
- 1 Cup flour
- 1 ½ Cups sour cream
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla
- 1 Stick butter
- 1 Tablespoon baking soda
- 4 mashed bananas
- 1 Cup Royalty Pecans
Prepare two small pans (either square, round, or loaf) with grease and flour.
Mix all ingredients in one bowl and pour into pans.
Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.
