Winning Recipe | Royalty Pecan Bake Show
This recipe was provided by Becky Shirley. Her dish won 1st place in our “Pies” division.
- 28 Caramels
- ½ Cup water
- ½ Stick butter
- ¾ Cup sugar
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla
- 3 eggs, beaten
- ¼ Teaspoon salt
- 1 Cup chopped Royalty Pecans
Melt caramels, water, and butter in a microwave. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour mixture into a 9″ unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350° and bake for 45-50 minutes.
